Story by Mohammed Abdul Nazeef, Nazim Isha’at, Upper West Zone
The Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Upper West Zone, has built a mosque at Nimoro, a community in the Hamile/Fielemuo Circuit. The mosque was designed to accommodate over 100 worshippers.
The Khuddam took the initiative of building the mosque when their original plan of purchasing a vehicle for the Majlis in Wa Zone to ease their transportation issues was taken care of by a benevolent member of the community. He donated a 14-seater Ford mini-bus to the Wa West Majlis Khuddam.
The then Upper West Zonal Aamila led by Zonal Qaid, Mr. Yussam Iddrisu, in consultation with members of the Majlis agreed of using their contribution to build a mosque for the Nimoro Jama’at.
The construction works commenced on December 29, 2014 and was completed on May 31, 2017.
The mosque is slated to be commissioned in 2018, Insha’Allah.
